Saturday hubby talked me into cutting his hair. So, I was also distracted with dinner cooking, and that made me anxious, and I accidentally cut it waaaaaay too short.
Then I cried for half an hour.
Even though he wasn't even mad at me.
Because I can be a basket case at times.

Be patient with those who are struggling. Not everyone can simply flip the switch and access healing thoughts. Not everyone feels safe enough to do so. Sometimes you just need to sit with them thru the storm.
