@Smersh ERA stands for Earned Run Average and is a statistic used in baseball to measure the effectiveness of a pitcher. It is calculated by taking the total number of earned runs a pitcher allows and dividing it by the total number of innings pitched, then multiplying that result by 9. The lower the ERA, the better the pitcher is performing, as it indicates how many earned runs they allow on average per 9 innings pitched.
