Question that just hit me and won't stop nagging without an answer: If you're , what do you do for calcium in your diet? Obviously milk and cheese are out, I know that much.

@AbelUndercity there are actually a lot of other foods that are high in calcium. plus some people have supplements if they find they aren’t getting enough.
