First time making lamb liver -skewered on the grill. Easier and yummier than expected.
Seasoned with Hungarian Sweet Paprika, coarse Kosher salt and nutmeg with a squeeze of lemon.

@InvaderGzim Whole Foods at Hamilton Crossings. I was squeamish to make it at first but it was fine. ☺️
