If it's realistic there'll be a mode where you play as a Russian General, fail to maintain your tanks but pocket all the maintenance money, then get thrown out of a window when you attempt to invade a neighbouring country and all your tanks break down and get captured.
When I was younger, I'd mostly drink beer straight from the can or bottle.
Then I found out that most, if not all, beer is actually made to be poured into a glass - pour it, let the froth subside, top it up until the glass is full. Gamechanger. Gets rid of that gassy bloaty feeling you get after a few.
Couple of useful free programs I've found recently.
PatchMyPC updates your installed programs (the ones recognised by the program) to the latest versions: https://patchmypc.com/home-updater
Snappy Driver does a similar thing, but for drivers: https://sdi-tool.org/
Both will download and install updates to programs/drivers automatically (though with options on what you want installed)
Sorry, Windows only, afaik
Seems there's some scammy fundraising going on, supposedly for Harris. Thread about it here..

Twitter begins training Grok AI with your posts, here's how to disable it.
#OffTopicFriday - If you guys can get this to 50% (at least) I'll meet you halfway, again. π

In the grand scheme of things, each of our lives is an incredibly brief thing. What we make of our lives will, in time, be forgotten. That's just inevitable.
But every single one of us, every action we take, will have an impact on others and help shape the future.
We will all eventually be forgotten, but the effects of our lives, our words, our actions, those still shape history.
"we all want to be remembered ", is a thing I've heard lots of times.
I'm actually okay with being forgotten. I mean I'd like it if I improved someone's life but actually having them remember me for it? Not really a thing I consider... Is that weird?
(posted this over on The Bad Site, it'll be interesting to see if there's a difference in responses, or what they might be)
Ooh, that's cool. I'm one of those Firefox using assholes. Also used to be a web designer. So I know it's a f*cker to design for, especially with all the variations inherent in such a customisable browser.
But I've just noticed that the "CURRENT OVERALL COSO NETWORK SENTIMENT" thing is now working, and showing, correctly, where it hadn't before.
Small thing, but much appreciated, @th3j35t3r .
I mostly do nerdy stuff with computers and music
