Had a bottle share at midder Bill's last night. We started with La Duchesse, a lovely Flemish Red, then a 2019 expression of The Abyss, a Russian imperial stout with licorice, cherry bark, and pepper.
The closer was from True Anomaly, a Belgian Golden strong ale aged in cognac barrels. Luscious
