Artist on Twitter posted they'd painted this for a new Mexican restaurant.
Meanwhile I took this photo last weekend.
Both definitely used the same reference. All the
little details are the same.

They even signed their "appropriation". It's the #newEthics I guess.
The original uncredited artist may have been the face painter who started it all.
