Is there actually any logical sense to Biden's decision to keep long range limits in place for Ukraine using ATACMS?
I'm well aware of Putin's threats, but his publicly declared red lines seem to be faded pink at best. He may be nuts, but he's no idiot. If he were to make good on his threat, he knows that the response from NATO would be unprecedented.

One of the things might be is trying to protect the technology and the use of Penetration aids
as well as the GPS used to guide the rockets. There is more to it then deciding targets but the overall technology that allow for their incredible range and accuracy
Might take 20 years for us to ever know when it becomes public info
