My dept is super tight, supportive, got one another's backs. We had an exodus end of last year so the dynamic is wonky now. But ACK, notnew guy is showing out, kicking kids out of classes, disrespecting them.
Maybe its CoSo influence but Im seeding dont be a dick as a department norm 🙄

Even if you have a really awful class, you don't disrespect children. They are children; they don't have fully formed cognitive awareness. Some people just are unwilling to ask for or accept support of their peers.
