I recently came across this company, 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐲, who makes 2 audio plugins for Win or Mac. This one is named 𝐆𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐬, after an Icelandic waterfall. It's is a dynamic EQ, broadly, but has some very complicated things going on under its hood.

I've been using the trial version for about a week and have fallen in love with it on the 2 bus.

Problem being it costs $199. I'm hoping that somehow it will be on sale on Black Friday or whenever the digital sale day is.

While it doesn't do exactly the same things, I've been using this EQ and it's fantastic. Honestly, it's hard to believe they're giving this one away for free.

Transient sustain mode is really innovative, even though I don't use it. I tend to use it for processing separate mid and side channel nodes.

I've been using Tokyo Dawn's Nova GE for a bunch of years but the Gullfoss is something a bit different from anything I've seen before. You might want to give the trial a look.

The Nova GE is very good too.
