Secretary of State Antony Blinken announces this morning that F-16 fighters from Denmark and the Netherlands have started being transferred to Ukraine.

@Render
I can't find which variants Denmark and Netherlands are supplying, but I read they were sold AM and BM variants initially.

What munitions do you think will they be supplied with and/or does Ukr have already?

@voltronic

Both Denmark and Netherlands had Block 15 AM/BM models that were upgraded through the MLU program to Block 50/52. (ditto the pending Belgian 16's)

The Dutch 16's finished their last MLU upgrade in 2016.

The Danish 16's got an additional upgrade in 2020 under the Have Glass V program.

They can carry and use anything that the USAF Block 50/52's can (minus nuke capability).

Ukr is already using GBU-39 Small Diameter Bombs, JDAM's, AIM-120B, & AIM-9X.

@voltronic

Some air forces (Poland and Romania in particular) that are now using F-16's have modified theirs to carry older Soviet style weapons as well. I assume the Ukr 16's will have similar mods to account for existing stockpiles.
