1. Test all runs when my new remote tester arrives. Repair punches and terminations as needed. Wireguard test for throughput.

2. Re-run cat6 to office. Might need pro help for that as most of the area is finished and as I said the existing cable is stapled.

3. Drop to second AP also suspect - repeat above.

4. Possibly replace faulty equipment (2 x Netgear R7800 running DDWRT, one as gateway, the other as AP). Friend gave me a new RAX80 for testing.
