Today was a good day to deactivate my X account.
yup...I did it a coupla weeks ago...it was an unused zombie account dormant for 6 years, but still...

There are a number of accounts I read there every day, but otherwise my account has been an empty shell for years.
Now that I found an app that works around the restrictions and without an account, I can deactivate without losing access to the people I want to read.
what's the app, if you don't mind sharing?
there are still times where I check in on things, and the restrictions are...cumbersome...

I posted it earlier today. Squawker. Very similar to Fritter if you ever saw that one.
If you unlock your Twitter account, you can import your following list just by entering your handle. And since there's no login, you can import anyone else's following list as long as their account is unlocked.
