Watch out, Cosonauts. I just learned that there are a bunch of musical symbols in Unicode.

^ Bonus points to the first person to name the piece this very famous rhythmic motif comes from.

@voltronic I'm going to guess that's Mars, Bringer of War?

@DerekWrites @voltronic

I second Mars, or John Williams Emperors March from star wars in which was inspired by mars

@DerekWrites
Winner, winner!

@ravesquirrel
Correct. Star Wars has heavy influences in general from Holst, Wagner, and Stravinsky, among others. There is some underscore music for Tattooine that sounds almost like a direct lift from Part 2 of Rite of Spring.

@voltronic the harmonics in rite of spring hurt my soul (string player) ..... And now that you mention it yea that makes sense

@voltronic Those symbols are not showing except as blank rectangles.

@NorthernInvader
That's odd, since others can see them. I wonder if the devicev or app you're using doesn't support them.

@voltronic likely some privacy/security extension i've installed - no big deal for me

@willc
Hmm, you're the second person that said that. I wonder why that happens for certain Unicode characters.
