If you haven't seen the Chernobyl series, it may be one of the most frightening things I've ever seen, mainly because of the music from Hildur Guðnadóttir. Every time you hear that low "brawwwwrrrrr" that is representing the radiation spreading.

that series was genuinely horrifying...in the realest sense of the word...also I'm 30 min behind on timeline and just gonna give up and refresh

It may be the most frightening thing I've ever watched. More so than a horror movie, because you can't see what's killing you, and because it really happened (with some artistic license).
