You need to log into the desktop interface, and there will be prominent links for Pro signups.
Like I said, it's currently not working so wait until J posts that it's back up.
^ and by "raise" I mean many more Pro subscriptions and/or Donorbox contributions.
Pro sign-ups are still having issues at the moment, but once we have the all clear, you should strongly consider signing up. It's more than worth it for the quality you get here.
