Have you considered switching to a safer web browser?
I have been very pleased with LibreWolf, a security and privacy-hardened Firefox fork. It is now my main desktop browser. No mobile version, but runs on Win, macOS, Linux, and BSD.

just curious....aren't platforms like this for you techies though....can a noob like me just start running on it and be like..."Look Ma....no hands"...🤷♂️

Installing LibreWolf is as easy as regular Firefox.
The only things you might miss are sync and auto-updates.
