Before I listen to it, PLS tell me what in particular to look/listen for. You can work with the assumption that I know basic musical theory, but not full orchestral domain knowledge.

Well for this opening movement, listen for the slow, sustained, repetitive structure, presented with dynamic changes that are somehow subtle and dramatic at the same time. To me, it feels like a super-slow-motion mantra that you are endlessly sinking into as it wraps all around you.
This combined choir is as good as it gets in all areas, and the bass section is any choir director's dream come true.
