I went with some friends to see Frozen II last night. Despite a good dose of the usual Disney formula, it was actually quite entertaining, and really hilarious in a few spots.
On a music note, there were no big hit songs I heard that will be repeated ad nauseum like you had in the first movie. Also Idina Menzel had far less belting going on, which was a huge relief.
@voltronic happy thanksgiving! My girls went to see that too but five minutes in (when Olaf asked about impermanence) the power went out due to a crazy storm. So the tickets were refunded and everyone was evacuated. I’m glad you got to see it and enjoyed it!
