Just popped in some Italian bread - makes the house smell good....
And honestly we have been so distracted by a dificult situation that requires nearly all of our time worrying --- gotta stop the worry. (It doesnt help) Mindfulness and meditation has helped (me) but this is an active situation that requires nearly constant attention and support.
PS: husband and I are meeting with the right kind of therapist to provide guidence....
Because what's been happening is way out of our experience ❤️
