This book is fascinating advanced mind/body stuff focusing on self healing both emotions and physical.
Initially thought I can test this to try and heal: tinnitus, back issues π
It uses meditative techniques I've never used before - there is this one breathing exercise that says it increases alpha and Gamma brainwaves during meditation.. AND GUESS WHAT ? Lol I have a gadget that monitors my brainwaves so I can actually test and confirm.
It will take practice tho, I'll keep a log.

^^^ I had never heard of this guy before but he does a nice job explaining how the mind interacts with newtonion physics to affect the body in positive ways.. and vice-versa.
And having real exercises and measurements to prove some of this has engaged my nerd π€ receptors
And joy in possibly finding a fairly simple exercise that may help everyone. π§ββοΈ
