Regarding number 3... if something is not working, you dont necessarily need to know why (unless it's a problem that requires a solution...then definitely mindfully explore "why")
But if it's something else such as being driven mad by politics << then just let it go and stop looking at it.
It will be there whether you look at it again - so let it be.
At some point in Mindfulness practice; u you will become non-judgemental/accepting. Then u can scan a news feed w/o neg emo
