I started this yoga/mindful/meditation journey last May.
Yoga helped me be mindful and mindfulness was key to my meditation success. << but this is all internal to me
Externally, we made changes. First thing was to stop watching news and instead have beautiful nature videos from YouTube (the whole house loves it and it feels better)
Tv/phones are windows to the outside low emo physical world. But we can change that. ❤️
