Today's coffee experiment: how many ice cubes can I get away with before it's not really iced coffee anymore?
Answer: anything less than 6, in my case. I tried 4 today, and came away with borderline lukewarm coffee. I'm guessing 5 won't cut it either. So, 6 cubes = good, iced coffee.
Oh: I ordered some Torani flavoring overnight. Some salted caramel pump flavor. Here's hoping it tastes good.
Tip from a fellow coffee-holic:
Fill an ice cube tray with cooled coffee, before bed. Freeze overnight. Won’t dilute your coffee.
Also: get yourself an inexpensive cold brew setup. Once you taste that, you’ll never drink regular coffee as iced coffee again.
@Kitty62862 @ucantstop_me I ask because my current setup is a one-button deal. Add ice cubes to cup, put K-Cup in machine, press the "ICED" button, and voila! Iced coffee. Just add sweetener and cream and stir.

Problem is, I like diluted coffee water. Preferably with cream or half & half in it. 😜

Don't get me wrong - I drink it full strength hot. I just enjoy the ice+coffee experience, probably because I've never done anything else. I don't know if Mrs. Capt. would make me walk the plank for buying this - she's already on my case for buying too much stuff with no place to put it.
It takes about the same space as a can of coffee or a pitcher

I do have a Keurig, yes, but I don't go for the weak coffees. Our current house favorite is Organic Drago Blend from Fresh Roasted Coffee, an espresso roast.

I've tried Tully's - didn't go for it. Wound up experimenting all over the place, trying to find better coffee. So far, the best K-Cups I've found have been at Fresh Roasted Coffee (https://www.freshroastedcoffee.com/). They have the best bang for the buck.
