I got confirmation from the Butte County Sheriff that my father's property was completely torched. They found no sign of him, but I'm not sure how well they were able to search, either...the area is still hot. He's not listed on the Safe and Well site. There's no centralized contact for the tens of thousands of people in shelters, and most shelters seem to have no associated phone number at all. I don't even know what hospital they're taking people to anymore.

@malice I'm so very sorry your father is missing. I pray he's ok. Things are very chaotic in disasters, I pray he is just caught up in a shelter and just not able to get phone to contact.

Does the red cross have shelters? They may not have lists but maybe they can provide guidance... if I see anything on Twitter that might help, I post to you. <3
