It's not pretty, but it's an *amazing* pot of scratch made baked beans. They're vegan, with molasses and smoked maple. They take hours to bake, but are so worth the time.

No, a Dutch oven. But as often as I make beans, a clay bean pot would be a worthy addition to my kitchen.
