The only real time I can stop thinking, relax and truely reflect is when my hands are moving but my brain isn't.
Gardening, looking through pea shingle in the vain hope of finding fossils, absorbing nature and yoga.
The latter I really do need to do some more of.

@tyghebright Absolutely. One cannot produce art without time for contemplation. One of the many horrifying consequences of a generation of overscheduled children is that they have never had the opportunity to develop the capacity for deep thinking and feeling. Our world is the poorer for it. Now AI is producing "art."
