I was trying to figure out why my cats are staring at the door.
Then I realized the show I'm watching has repeated sounds of knocking on a door.
My furbaby could be sound asleep, but if he hears another dog on the tele, he wakes up and cocks his head sideways just watching.

My kitties know there's a good chance a knock at the door is a food delivery.
One of 'em even knows that two notifications on my phone means DoorDash. (I get a ping from the DD app and then a text.)
He doesn't react to other notification sounds.
