Coming across a tiger while hiking in Big Bend park...would be terrifying but awesome. If you survived.
@tyghebright l might feel safe enough to appreciate the awesomenss if l spotted one while in a car. I was close to a young grizzly while in a car, probably equivalent in terms of size, lethal potential. That was a cool experience, (with the windows rolled up, car left running) We had pulled over to the side of the road to look at wildflowers, saw the bear before l went to get out of the car.
