My work computer is stuck.
It's been doing updates, and has been sitting like this for seven minutes.
I think I'm going to be disobedient and turn it off in a couple more minutes.

@tyghebright I had an update fail recently and get stuck. Had to force it to restart and then do it again. So many processes running in the background. I say give it a forced KICK!
Oh wait! It saw me reaching for the power button and now says this.
Still stuck on zero, but I'll give it a few minutes here.
