RANT: When I apply for jobs, I see a lot of job openings, but what bothers me is for contract, temporary, or part-time positions, you need to send a cover letter. We can debate if a cover letter is necessary (I don't), but do you really need it for a short-term position? Also, you have AI helping people write letters. Are you really going to learn more about a candidate from a cover letter?
