@LnzyHou That's what I heard. Also, thank you for making me remember the chamomile tea in my pantry, that might help until I get my hands on some.
@LnzyHou One of the staff at the psych ward is Buddhist, and gave me a book that very quickly showed me the gratitude that was missing from my mindfulness exercises, I can push thoughts away for a brief period, but it only helps a little. Filling the space that is left with truly being in the moment in a grateful way has already done me some good.
