The callouses on the insides of my cheeks are healing, though some scars remain. I still bite them in anger, but don't taste blood anymore. I can still feel the slam and tremble of anger when I open my browser, but the effects are short and shrugged off soon, my day is not ruined. I can read the news. At times, I can even get closer to where I need to be. Compassion is the cure to rage, and it's the only way we can teach. That part is tough, but I'm at least starting to think more clearly.
