@tiaugn What have you been feeding it? Have you taken it for regular outings?

@tiaugn stress is a terrible thing, insidious, damaging, like air pollution.
We may not be able to avoid it, but we can mitigate it’s damage to ourselves by feeding our soul good things as often as possible. Look for beauty, enjoy laughter ( yes, even silly memes and videos count). When possible , spend sometime outside, any ( even small) contact with nature can go a long way in refreshing your soul.

It isn’t something you can fix, stressors will always be tugging at us, but if you feed your soul good stuff, there will be strength and resiliancy within to help you along.
