We've spent hundreds of hours—many unpaid—creating an excellent eLearning module that breaks the cycle of terrible annual required training experiences, only to recieve salty feedback from the decisionmaker who was supposed to create it, but delayed so severely that the client sought us out instead.
He swooped in at the final review cycle and shat all over everything.
