@cassandra17lina: He is experiencing what happens to all whose aspirations are leagues and leagues beyond their abilities and their station. It especially happens to schemers, connivers, ass-kissers, etc. It enrages people that they always seem to rise to top, the schadenfreude when they catastrophically self-destruct is all the more satisfying, even if pyrrhic.
