Roughly 27% (~53m) of those Whites are on welfare. Roughly 37% (~16mn) of those Blacks/African-Americans are on welfare.
There are (~9mn) more Non-Hispanic Whites on welfare than the entire population of Blacks/African-Americans in the US.
Non-whites on welfare are not a drain on the economy, folks. That's just a stereotype that needs correcting.

...at least help out here and subscribe to #CoSoPro. I say that because if you can't afford $4.99/month to advertise on a platform that says quite clearly it's a social website, not merely a sales platform, then you might should consider your business and business model.

I will always have affection for this specific tune. When I was in sixth-grade and in junior band at school, I got called in to help the local area college concert band for a Saturday concert. Weird story short is they lost two percussionists and needed two fill-ins who could play bells and snare. We practiced with their bass drummer, some brass, and the conductor before the show.
I was the only local apparently who could sight-read bells.
