Morning CoSo peeps.
My job definitely did that thing that they said that they weren't doing.
The one that was causing my mental health crisis.
So, that was a lie on their part as usual.
Glad I reached out to crisis and you all at the beginning because today would have been unsurvivable otherwise.

Management sees the work you do.
Management sees who isn't pulling their weight.
We appreciate all that you do.
The two who weren't pulling their weight have now been made my bosses.
I've not been promoted in 5 years.
So frickin common but that doesn't make it okay.
