Doing Intensive Outpatient Group 4 days a week.
I'd like to know when it gets better or easier but the therapist doesn't have that answer.

I really shouldn't complain.

The marble of the courthouse I work beside is radiating so much heat. I die.

This is my first foray into gardening. I've a friend that loves it and the Outpatient Counselor seems very happy when I say that I'm transplanting something.

We don't have the best soil and I don't want to bother with alot of that work so I'm container planting.

My wildflower buckets have started to sprout. And my lavender buckets are attracting insects.
This makes me smile. 🙂
