@Susandoyle One of my duties for my first job was filling retail gallon jugs from a 200 gallon stainless steel bulk tank at a local farm market store. So good!

@stueytheround @Susandoyle Here cider is when the juice is pressed from the apples with little to no processing after that. Juice is when you've done filtering and pasteurization and such, or maybe even produced it from concentrate

We've been making cider here since before Europeans landed in North America.
Cider (French, cidre) is booze! We did it to preserve it. By "We" I mean Europe and Britain. I adore cider and as a Brit will say this: The best cider *in the world* is made in Normandy and Brittany, France, but Southern and Western Britain comes a very close second.
