Okay, so if you have one of those panini things where you can fry one up on a stovetop, like the lock closed kind from when they were all pop culture and shit, and you used said device to fry up some peanut butter and jelly panini, would it still be acceptable to use mayonnaise as a healthier substitute for butter on the outside of the bread?

@tippitiwichet I'd probably go with yogurt. Not sure mayo would be the right flavour but give it a try and report back.

@stueytheround I keep thinking about this, and in theory there is the perfect strain of wild yeasts for the perfect grilled cheese yogurt, and somewhere else is the best strain for fried PB&J, and the world is just too young to have found them.
