I don't understand.
The first report I saw of gunfire near MaL had it that two people were shooting *at each other* and not only was it not aimed at TFG, but here was nowhere in the vicinity.
Now *everyone* is talking as if there was another assassination attempt. Are we *really* falling for that shit here? Or did I miss something?
@stueytheround Is it just me, or is it really easy to fall into a conspiracy theory here? In this case, *someone* wants to make him a martyr. They always *seem* to miss .... hmmmm......
@wolfwoman That's the other thing I'm seeing. What most likely happened is an asshole with a gun rocked up and thought they could get a potshot or two at him, but many folk will more than likely think it's a fake attack or something like a disgruntled Swiftie (or Springfield resident), depending on their political leanings. I'm a firm believer in Occam's razor in situations like this.
