Starting a box of emergency foods to keep on hand, and now I want to make a bedazzled bug-out bag for funsies.

@tippitiwichet Do that! Might as well make it fun to be prepared.

@stueytheround I have recently asked Joe for a sewing machine, and I am going through all the kid's clothes for what gets kept/donated/thrown in the rag bag. I can keep some of the best bits of her baby clothes as decorative trimming for a custom backpack for foraging, featuring a first aid kit, solar power supply/flashlight, and stuff we would have liked when we stayed at my in-laws when Tulsa lost power for a week. This will be cool. Omg, I'm learning block printing, I can put my art on it.

@stueytheround Like, the rag bag was happening when the start of my food arrived (can't wait for the breakfast bucket), and it's all falling into place. This is way more fun than shopping.
