Ok, so to help people nail down my favorite:
It's not a big hit, and it's not on either of my two favorite albums, which are the White Album and Abbey Road.
So many great songs people have mentioned. No one has mentioned my favorite yet.
Two more hints: It appears near the middle of the album, and none of the band members are playing.
My wife's favorite never appeared on an album at all. It was only released as a single.
I posted in a reply below that wife's favorite is Lady Madonna. 1968 single, never appeared on an album.
Since no one guessed mine, everyone who guessed is now required to listen to it.
