Here is a popular choral warhorse, in a stunning new performance. Oh, those sopranos! (The rest of the choir are no slouches, either.)

I have been wondering how these holidays are going for you--isn't this typically an acutely busy time? Any silver linings?
@Minholkin
Thank you for that. It has been pretty sad watching my scheduled concert dates with my students come and go. Doing a virtual choir is just not feasible as it is so much more work than people realize. So the choir I conduct has not even been meeting. If this really continues through the spring I'm going to find some way for us to sing together but silent rehearsals through online meeting software are really terrible.
@Minholkin
I say that because the community choir my wife and I sing with has been doing just that and it's not a fulfilling experience in the least.
I'm trying to keep some semblance of normalcy with my regular classes at least, but obviously there are a lot of compromises.
I can't complain too much though. My situation is generally okay whereas others are far from it.
@Minholkin
I do desperately miss singing with and conducting choirs. January is when my district always has our big coral festival and I'm either conducting or accompanying for a combined choir of over 700.
There's nothing quite like that feeling. Maybe next year. For now, the most important thing is to keep everyone safe. The rest, we will get back to when we are able.

Good. While I rarely comment, I often listen and enjoy. @Minholkin
