I just had a phone intake interview with a LLM. Honestly, that was unnerving and a terrible experience. I am highly unlikely to work with that recruiting agency just because they made me talk to a LLM to record my answers. It was awkward, and difficult. I think LLMs are great toys and all, but replacing humans with them seems a bit hasty and out of touch to me.
@AskTheDevil @sirgeefive Forget Artificial Intelligence, it's bad enough being interviewed by Genuine Stupidity..
@sirgeefive I would just walk out of an interview where they asked me to talk to an AI. Not even once.
