Aw geez, there was no way to see that coming. Nobody could have ever predicted that Republicans would file lawsuits in all 50 states to stop Biden from being replaced on the ballot. Nobody could have ever predicted that they would judge shop to sympathetic right wing judges. Nobody would have ever imagined that they would appeal it all the way to a sympathetic supreme court.
