I have a potential solution to make stock buybacks fair. To do a stock buyback, the corporation must first buy the shares and exercisable options from the board, then the c-suite, and the e-suite. Then and only then can they go to the market.

That way it’s clearly a direction for the shareholders not the folks approving the buy backs.
