I wore them young to avoid time to "do my hair". I wear them now mostly for sun protection on face and head.

@S_r_stone @sfleetucker ooh, that does look handy. I've just got a corded I think Wahl brand one--have been cutting my own hair with it. It's been fine, though my cuts have been inconsistent. I reckon it'll be easier once I'm just trying to take everything off...

@SimplyZippy It's not new to me, and I'm fine with my reflection. I've actually been shaving my head since my 30s when it started to get thin. :)
