I appreciate your suggestions but I've lived with my conditions for decades & have done a lot of research, in addition to talking with all the dr's I've had, and for the most part, I know what works & what doesn't work. Arnica only helps for minor pain and it isn't covered by medical insurance.
If I could afford acupuncture and massage therapy, I wouldn't be on 1/2 of the meds that I am on.
I wasn't asking people to tell me how or what I should or shouldn't be doing or taking.
Just ask if I, and others, want your advice, before assuming we do. 🤷 You'd be amazed at how wonderful it is to be asked. 😊
